By using MAA, you agree to these Terms of Service and our policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

MAA is open to all users, regardless of age. However, parents or guardians are responsible for the use of the platform by minors.

3. User-Generated Content

Users may only share YouTube video links as posts. All content must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines and MAA’s content policies...

4. Personal Data

When creating an account on MAA, we collect the following personal information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Mobile Number
• Pin Code
• Address (including apartment, village, city, area, state, and country)
• Date of Birth
• Gender (Male, Female, or Custom)

This data is required to provide personalized experiences and security. Account creation is handled via OpenID Connect using Google. We do not collect or store passwords. We also do not use cookies for session management.

5. Third-Party Services

MAA uses Google for user authentication (OpenID Connect). By logging in, you also agree to Google's terms and privacy policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not share YouTube video links that include:

• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Violent or graphic content
• Copyright-infringing material
• Deceptive or fake content
• Videos that violate YouTube's Community Guidelines

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or post harmful content.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian legal jurisdiction.
